My goal in writing this book was always to help empower others and share one framework for helping you get unstuck from the daily obstacles that are faced both in your personal life and business setting. Please join me tomorrow August 11th, 2015 at 2pm for an AMA with our friends over at ProductHunt! :)

The main question I focused on when writing this book was:

WHAT IF WE COULD AFFECT PROFOUND, POSITIVE CHANGE BY CREATING MORE INNOVATIVE COMPANIES?

I strongly believe that too many people feel stuck at work. They have ideas that could really disrupt the market and help their companies create beautiful, innovative products and services, but a host of reasons hold them back. This book dives into those reasons and offers techniques to help people unlock their creative potential and generate brilliant ideas.

I’ve used this philosophy and methodology successfully for years with Fortune 500 clients and startups alike. And I believe it is the driving force behind the growth of Motivate Design.

In Reframe, I share my personal story of designing an organization that is constantly innovating, while others struggle to do so. I introduce “The Reframework”, which simplifies design thinking into eight steps that can be implemented immediately. Those of you who are constantly disappointed by the stagnation that plagues most companies will find fun and highly effective ways to remove mental, professional, and organizational barriers and tone your own creative muscle, as well as, help others tone their own. My goal for Reframe is to help you see insurmountable problems as exciting, creative opportunities for meaningful change.

This is the high-level premise of my book, but if you want to learn more about the book before buying it feel free to download a few chapters off our website by clicking here. You can also find some of my more recent presentations where I cover concepts from my book such as “The BS Excuse Personas” and the “WIT Studio”, here.

I’m looking forward to your questions! :)
